Welcome to my practice! For over ten years I have worked as a licensed counselor, with experience in addictions, family violence, at-risk adolescents, and working with the HIV/AIDS population. I have specific training in Cognitive-Behavioral, Rational Emotive Behavioral, and Solution-Focused Brief therapies. These therapies have been shown through research to be effective in treating depression, anxiety, addictions, and other mental health diagnoses. I also like to incorporate relaxation, mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques, and art therapy techniques in my work with clients.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, I have spent a great deal of time collaborating with clients to cultivate a tailored experience to provide a well-rounded scope for LPC Associates. I'm all for sharing my knowledge and expertise with my associates. In order to achieve this, a wide variety of assessments, scales, modules, and life lessons stay in rotation. Along with having proper communication, concern, & consideration for one another, supervision will be a pleasant relievable moment.

I am a Psychotherapist, Supervisor to LPC-Associates, Certified Conscious Parenting Coach and have worked as a Chaplain and Counselor for hospice patients and their families. I am laser focused, using suffering to cultivate more in your life.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring my approach to address the unique needs of each individual. Additionally, I provide play therapy, counseling for parent-child dyads, and group counseling sessions. I often work with clients to cover a range of important topics. These include trauma resilience; healthy relational functioning; mindful movement; relational parenting; and addressing the pressing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, and PTSD.

Dr. Sharp conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations for all ages. Evaluation services include testing for learning disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental evaluations, other psychological & cognitive (IQ) concerns; diagnostic clarification, adoption cases, foster care services, & more. We also offer psychological testing for independent educational evaluations (IEE), 2e, law enforcement, TPAPN, & related assessments. We assess for school readiness & entrance examinations.
