I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist . My training is systems therapy. My style is Solution Focused. I do couples therapy and Family. I help people who have issues with depression, anxiety, and fertility concerns . I an an approved supervisor and do business consulting.

My counseling style is welcoming and conversational. I am known for being upfront and honest and I tailor my approach to meet each individual’s needs. My therapeutic approach combines Person-Centered, Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused therapist, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and Somatic therapy depending on what you want or need.

Creating awareness in the mind-body connection is incredibly important to me as a clinician. I encourage this by creating the space for my clients to gain emotional and physical awareness in their minds and bodies.

I have worked with all ages, as well as individuals, couples and families with a variety of challenges. I have specialty training in family therapy, helping families dealing with challenging behaviors and communication. I am trauma focused, cognitive behavioral therapy trained. I am also EMDR trained. I have facilitated group therapy for parenting and will be doing more groups on other issues. I am solution focused and offer unconditional, positive regard for all. This is an LGBTQ+ safe space.
