Hello and welcome. I have been helping adults with various issues including stress, depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, and addiction over the past 15 years. I'm an independent master's level social worker (LMSW) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) . My training and work experience has included inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient mental health and addiction therapy, crisis care, and training supervision. I am also a licensed pilot and specialize in helping clients overcome anxiety associated with flying and supporting performance related stressors for pilots and other professionals.

Welcome! My name is Kennedi Ruhlman, LMSW, PMH-C. I’m glad you are here, the first step of reaching can be the hardest to take. What I have learned from my experience in the mental health field is that we may be able to walk alone in our struggles, but having someone alongside us is empowering. I strive to walk alongside those that I work with, while giving you full credit in knowing that you were able to reach your full potential. Everyone’s experiences are extremely unique, and I value staying open minded and accepting to each individual I encounter.

We have a team of therapists who have years of experience working with Adults as well as adolescents and children, involving the family unit into the therapeutic process. Using varying approaches. Art and mindfulness practices are sometimes useful, especially in areas of reducing anxiety related issues. We have had many years of experience as a school counselors/inpatient therapists and are easily able to bridge the home/school therapeutic continuum. Since 1994, Amy has been working with children, teens, adults and families. She has provided direct clinical services, supervision, instruction, and program development locally, nationally and internationally. Amy has a passion for working with children, particularly young children with histories of complex trauma. Her intention is to partner with individuals to experience hope in their lives within a safe and compassionate environment.
