I have been working with children and their families for the past 10 years. I specialize in working with children with one or more mental health diagnoses, such as ASD, anxiety, depression, or mood disorders, as well as helping their parents/guardians or family members with how to best care for their child. I aim to work collaboratively with families, schools, and other providers in order to instill change. I work individually with adults, with a varying degree of need, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I also work individually with parents, working on their own mental health.

We use 10 acres of land on a farm we revived to give hope toward the pursuit of happiness and wholeness. Growth does not happen in an office; it happens while gardening, trimming hooves, picking eggs, shearing sheep, and chopping wood. We use the land to help you stretch your eyes. As a clinician, I have 23+ years of experience working with children/adolescents and adults. I help them cope with acute crisis such as suicide, cancer, death of a loved one, sexual assault, domestic violence and bullying. I specialize in crisis, trauma, and traumatic grief-specific to child-loss & bereavement, which often leads to PTSD symptoms/depression/anxiety often decreasing a persons quality of life.
