I am a social worker that does community activism. Many times people have problems because of the injustices built into our system. In my work in therapy I can help people to identify issues in their lives and give them skills to deal with situations they find themselves in. I want to remove stigma from mental health treatment by offering it to everyone. I am committed to treating people with every day issues that may negatively impact their lives so that they can move forward to have happy and successful lives. I want to listen to people and help them develop the skills they need.

We are a Private Group Practice with 30+counselors in 4 locations: Lakeville, Raymham, Bellingham and So. Easton. We treat: all members of the family and can help with transitions from divorce, school difficulties and peer relationship problems. Several therapists specialize in couples counseling, addictions counseling, grief and loss, trauma and play therapy. Elevate was incorporated so that we could meet the needs of the family and individuals in their entirety to provide the best and most comprehensive level of care in an outpatient setting as possible. We also have medication providers in the communities that we serve.

Who you are: a millennial individual (or couple!) and finally ready to explore therapy. I help you articulate what’s at the root of your concerns: What's important to you? What do you value? How is your life currently aligned with those values and what is getting in the way? I help you better understand yourself, your needs, and how to get those needs met. It is important to me that the space we create is compassionate, curious, reflective, and interactive. Common issues that I work on in therapy include life transitions, managing stress/anxiety, building your sense of Self, relationship concerns, and improving communication.

I have over 25 years of experience providing therapy to children, adults and families who are dealing with issues related to trauma, anxiety, ADHD, grief and family/marital problems. I strive to provide a trauma-informed, strength based, welcoming atmosphere that will allow you the opportunity to explore and improve the unhealthy patterns and relationships in your life. My work focuses on strengthening parent-child relationships, couple relationships and understanding the impact of our family systems on our growth, development and success. I have a particular interest in early childhood mental health and parental relationships.
