In my work in therapy I can help people to identify issues in their lives and give them skills to deal with situations they find themselves in. I want to remove stigma from mental health treatment by offering it to everyone. I am committed to treating people with every day issues that may negatively impact their lives so that they can move forward to have happy and successful lives. I want to listen to people and help them develop the skills they need.

Life is full of challenges and unpredictable, we can’t always mitigate or control these; the key is to be aware of our maladaptive behaviors and build strength by enhancing our awareness and creating a new path for ourselves, family, and/or couple. We understand that not everyone can heal and cope the same way.

If you find yourself feeling anxious, angry, sad, frustrated, overwhelmed, and tired I can assist with tools to help you alleviate some of these symptoms. Many times we feel so overwhelmed that we do not have or find the strength to cope. We struggle to find solutions to either manage our daily life or a major life event, and we feel that our world just crumbles. Sometimes we have family issues, struggle with boundaries, communication, and find no direction or drive to change our lives.
