With over 25 years of experience working with people of all ages as a trauma and grief therapist, I have helped individuals and families learn to cope with a wide range of issues including partner loss, anxiety, depression, family conflict, complex trauma and sexual assault. I provide parent guidance and coaching for caregivers who have children with challenging behaviors and special needs. I have expertise with foster, kinship and adoptive families. I offer therapy to tweens, teens and young adults who may need support with life transitions and relationships. My work with clients is always collaborative and strength-based.

Accepting new clients for the group practice: Rooted Counseling Services! I am a Clinical Social Worker and the Founder of 'Rooted.' My specialty is within the family context, working with children, families, and parents. My focus when working with children and teens is to help them through the transitions they face with a relational approach and an empathetic ear, all while exploring helpful strategies. Arthur E. Cash is a Psychotherapist and Mental Health Consultant. He has been practicing psychotherapy for close to 40 years specializing in the treatment of adolescents, adults, couples, and families. A graduate of Atlanta University, Mr. Cash received a Master of Social Work in 1982 and attended Yale University as a Fellow where he studied Family Psychiatry. Mr. Cash has been in private practice for 20 years and is currently practicing at The Practice of Arthur E. Cash, in East Longmeadow, MA.

As a Child and Family Psychologist with over 40 years experience, I provide therapy as well as conduct Neuropsychological and Forensic Assessments. I utilize a life-span developmental approach within a Positive Psychology framework for therapy and can provide specialized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to children, families, adolescents and adults. I offer diagnosis and treatment for a variety of psychological conditions and concerns and specialize in non-pharmaceutical CBT treatment for ADD and ASD.
