We are a Private Group Practice with 30+counselors in 4 locations: Lakeville, Raymham, Bellingham and So. Easton. We treat: all members of the family and can help with transitions from divorce, school difficulties and peer relationship problems. Several therapists specialize in couples counseling, addictions counseling, grief and loss, trauma and play therapy. Elevate was incorporated so that we could meet the needs of the family and individuals in their entirety to provide the best and most comprehensive level of care in an outpatient setting as possible. We also have medication providers in the communities that we serve.

I worked as a therapist & supervisor for a local community mental health agency for over 9 years, where I developed a specialty in working with adolescents & adults, particularly around anxiety, depression, relationships & boundary setting. My ability to form trusting & genuine relationships with my clients is one of my strengths, and my hope is that we can develop a relationship that feels comfortable & grounding. With over 25 years of experience working with people of all ages as a trauma and grief therapist, I have helped individuals and families learn to cope with a wide range of issues including partner loss, anxiety, depression, family conflict, complex trauma and sexual assault. I provide parent guidance and coaching for caregivers who have children with challenging behaviors and special needs. I have expertise with foster, kinship and adoptive families. I offer therapy to tweens, teens and young adults who may need support with life transitions and relationships. My work with clients is always collaborative and strength-based.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work. I work with people of all ages, sexuality, genders, and backgrounds. I particularly enjoy working with children; though I currently work with clients of all ages suffering from anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, those struggling with life transitions, and addictions. Hello, I'm Brian (preferred pronouns: he/him/his) and I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker working as a therapist in the Boston area for over seven years. I've worked with clients across the lifespan, and am especially passionate working with millennial's (ages 18-40) who struggle with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and ADHD. I also focus on clients dealing with eco anxiety, climate anxiety, and solastalgia. My experience includes working in outpatient mental health settings such as community mental health centers, Boston Public Schools, a therapeutic day school, and as a Clinical Supervisor.

Mary Calabrese is an experienced clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist practicing in Concord, Massachusetts.
