As a clinician, I have 23+ years of experience working with children/adolescents and adults. I help them cope with acute crisis such as suicide, cancer, death of a loved one, sexual assault, domestic violence and bullying. I specialize in crisis, trauma, and traumatic grief-specific to child-loss & bereavement, which often leads to PTSD symptoms/depression/anxiety often decreasing a persons quality of life. My goal is to create a sense of safety, hope and worth in an individuals worldview.

We use life’s challenges to grow into the people we strive to be, however at times these experiences are difficult to navigate independently. We believe the best therapeutic relationship begins with a strong, safe, and trusting therapeutic alliance. Without this security, clients can not fully achieve their goals set forth in treatment. Our eclectic and client specific approach, allows us to meet clients where they are and develop a treatment plan to best fit their needs/goals.

My testing clients may have a neurological disorder or difficulties with attention, focus, organization, and/or memory, neurodevelopmental disorders, medical conditions, and comorbid psychiatric disorders. My therapy clients may have Anxiety related disorders, depression and/or stress which can cause an upheaval in life. I often work with complex families including those with a member who has ASD, disability or dementia.

RVCC is a multi-service community-based mental health agency serving the Pioneer Valley since 1953. RVCC offers counseling and medication management at offices located in offices located in Holyoke, Chicopee, Easthampton, Springfield, and Westfield. RVCC also provides counseling in schools throughout Hampden and Hampshire Counties and on the campuses of Springfield Technical Community College and Bay Path University.
