I have over 25 years of experience providing therapy to children, adults and families who are dealing with issues related to trauma, anxiety, ADHD, grief and family/marital problems. I strive to provide a trauma-informed, strength based, welcoming atmosphere that will allow you the opportunity to explore and improve the unhealthy patterns and relationships in your life. My work focuses on strengthening parent-child relationships, couple relationships and understanding the impact of our family systems on our growth, development and success. I have a particular interest in early childhood mental health and parental relationships.

My goal in counseling is to come alongside my client to help them reach their own personal goals while overcoming the struggles, obstacles and burdens that are standing in their way. The focus is to lead a more peaceful and contented life. I work with all ages, however I have a lot of experience working with children, adolescents and families through a vast variety of challenges. I am passionate about healthy family dynamics and helping parents navigate their children's, sometimes complex, needs. I take a caring approach and view the client/ counselor relationship as a team.
