Let me introduce myself. I am Jeannette Murphy. I bring to you more than thirty years of counseling experience with the treatment of Individuals, Couples,Children and Families, both individually and in groups. My counseling is designed to help you with a wide variety of personal, marital and family issues. I specialize using Brief Solution-Based Treatment. This treatment method is effective whether you come alone or with other family members.

My supportive yet direct style is authentic and compassionate while also being appropriately challenging — creating space for the self-exploration that allows clients to build positive internal & external relationships and experience foundational healing. This collaborative process deepens clients' self-understanding in order to connect them with their own wisdom and ability to navigate life's many challenges and maintain meaningful connections.

My clinical interests have grown from general therapy issues into more niche areas such as couples, anxiety, obsessive compulsive behaviors, career, grief, chronic pain, substance abuse, self-injurious behaviors, personality disorders, trauma, and faith-based issues. I have also expanded into psychological testing ranging from personality, differential diagnosis, pre-surgical screening (e.g., spinal cord stimulator implants, bariatric), and cognitive assessments. My experience also includes training medical residents, supervision of masters/doctoral students, consulting, and teaching at a collegiate level.

I have already counseled my ideal client. I worked with a client who came to me in her most significant time of need. She was ready to put in work and wanted to develop. She was diagnosed with Bipolar I and had several suicide attempts. She could externalize her mania and use fitness and wellness to push through her episodes. She is happy and healthy and uses her experiences to help others. My services involve psychotherapy using techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI), with a trauma-informed framework.

Hi, I’m Jobeth Johnson! I’m a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) who loves providing therapy, clinical supervision, consultation to other clinicians, and Toy Story. I am very passionate about helping kids, teenagers, adults, and families feel better, so they cope with the stressors of everyday life. These stressors can result in anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, obsessive compulsive thoughts, and/or trouble adjusting to difficult situations.
