I've been working with individuals, children and families to help heal and transform lives for more than 26 years. With patience and commitment, I guide children through trauma, attachment issues, emotional, and behavioral difficulties. Adults benefit from parenting, family, and relationship therapy as well as treatment for depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I am a in the process of certification for EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapy and am trained in the Recent Traumatic Episode Protocol using EMDR.

Let me introduce myself. I am Jeannette Murphy. I bring to you more than thirty years of counseling experience with the treatment of Individuals, Couples,Children and Families, both individually and in groups. This treatment method is effective whether you come alone or with other family members.

While I specialize in parenting techniques for young children, I also enjoy working with children, teens, and adults who feel "stuck," or are having difficulty managing family and social conflicts. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a powerful agent of change, and aim to provide a warm, safe, and casual space for clients to express themselves. I work particularly well with teenage and young adult females. I also encourage creative outlets for processing emotional issues, which might include drawing, painting or any other evidenced-based expressive techniques that relieve distress.

Hi, I’m Jobeth Johnson! I’m a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) who loves providing therapy, clinical supervision, consultation to other clinicians, and Toy Story. I am very passionate about helping kids, teenagers, adults, and families feel better, so they cope with the stressors of everyday life. These stressors can result in anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, obsessive compulsive thoughts, and/or trouble adjusting to difficult situations.

It takes courage to make that first phone call to establish a therapy session and it takes even more courage to meet that therapist being vulnerable in discussing your concerns in this life. My goal when I meet every client is to support them in discovering how to make this life worth living. Many individuals go through life just coasting day by day trying to get by minute by minute. While I can not give you a magical solution to take care of all of life's problems, I can be there for you, listen to you and guide you towards living the best life you can live for you and your family.

I love working with clients across the lifespan. I see children as young as elementary school and work with clients/families up into the time of death. I have provided many of these services in-person in a hospital or home care setting while working 9 years in hospice and in oncology programs. Supporting folks during their grief is my specialty, whether due to changes in the life cycle, chronic illness, and terminality. I also personally am a guardian and caregiver for my parent who lives with Bipolar Disorder and advanced Alzheimer's Disease, so I bring several years of personal advocacy and practice experience based on this role.
