In my 27 years of practice, I have extensive experience working with trauma, abuse, sexual assault, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, grief/loss, and interpersonal difficulties. My approach is supportive, collaborative and strength-based. I find fulfillment in helping individuals experience empowerment, increase resilience and make life changes that are sustainable and rewarding. My office is located downtown Bloomington in the historic Faris Building.

I focus on many issues affecting the well-being of my clients including substance abuse and addiction, psychological and emotional issues, social and family relationships, personal and professional goals, wellness, spirituality, and coping with trauma and life stressors. I am a counselor who believes in disciple-ing and equipping people to realize and live out of their full identity in Christ. I specialize in counseling, trauma, addictive behaviors, women’s issues, and problems related to sexual brokenness. I love that I get to pour into others by counseling through difficult times, supervising as people find their footing in a new career, or walking alongside them through various seasons of life. I received my Master of Arts in Counseling from Cincinnati Seminary and a Masters in Strategic Leadership from Western Governors University.

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, it is truly my privilege to witness the kind of strength needed to find therapy. I have special appreciation for the (often painful) moment when your present becomes harder than the fear that comes with change.
