My professional credentials are Licensed Psychological Associate, Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Licensed and Ordained Minister. Over 30 plus years my expertise in behavioral health services has been honed to provide Clinical Therapy, Clinical Supervision and Education in correctional, psychiatric residential treatment, university and community outpatient settings.

Ruth Bullock has over 30 years of experience as a counselor working with adults, teens, and children. Ruth has a clinical background in mental disorders and substance use disorders, and is a licensing supervisor. Ruth provides individual, family and couples counseling.

We understand that accessing and processing buried pain can be overwhelming within the confines of a short therapy session. That's why we offer a groundbreaking solution: Outpatient Intensive Therapy. Our program is specifically designed for individuals in need of intensive intervention and treatment.

Licensed mental health services for individuals and couples. Traditional face-to-face and televideo therapy sessions are available. Treating mood, anxiety, ADHD, grief, trauma-related disorders and adjustment/life transition challenges.

Greetings friend, allow me to introduce myself. I have a Ph.D. in Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and Master Addictions Counselor. Additionally, I am credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and families. The services that I provide are tailored to service the needs of adolescents and adults. The following are some of the treatment areas that I typically address: family dynamics, mood disorders, substance use, stress, anxiety, personal growth, and other behaviors and disorders.

I am passionate about working with individuals and families who are open to learning about themselves. People usually come to therapy when things are going badly or feeling out of control, so the beginning stages are about defining the issues as well as strengths. The client and I act as a team through our working relationship, to focus on positive change and growing insight about their lives. Self confidence increases, communication skills improve, and willingness to value perspectives of others are important milestones in the therapeutic process.

I have over 25 years of experience working with clients who are seeking something better for themselves. I prefer to use strengths to address the concerns that clients would like to work on together. I also believe that the way people think about situations impacts their behavior and rethinking those situations can lead to positive changes.

One day we may download a User's Manual for being human. Until then, therapy can help us navigate the rocky shoals and shed light onto the dark spots while setting ghosts to rest. We are far more capable than we think we are or given credit for. Napoleon Hill is quoted as saying, "What you can conceive and BELIEVE, you can achieve." That works both ways. Therapy can often re-open the doors to choice, frequently help us find our feet, and often move us to look to a bright future and to hear the music of everyday living. It is really hard to run through the woods backwards.
