I'm a depth psychotherapist who facilitates healing and transformation through gentle but honest mutual work with emotions, behaviors, imagery, grounding, memory, story, presence, and hope. It's an honor and a privilege to be a partner in my client's journey toward deep inner healing. In my practice, I help individuals and couples dive beneath the surface issues, discover the underlying sources of distress, and re-emerge into a more fulfilling life. I'd like to join you on your journey where you already are, and help you find opportunities for symptom relief, growth, and healing.

We have availability! I am the owner and Clinical Supervisor of Magnolia Behavioral and Holistic Health. As your clinician, I will provide a warm, safe, non judgmental space. My therapeutic perspective is a holistic and health minded approach to counseling while focusing on client’s individual needs. My approach may include some humor (at appropriate times), validate clients, witness their feelings, and to truly hear what they are experiencing. My specializations include trauma, grief/loss, women’s and teen issues.

I have a heart to help equip women and teen girls who are hurting to live a life of growth, acceptance and, ultimately, healing. My passion is to help you identify destructive behaviors and grow in self-awareness, learn healthy ways of processing and communicating, establish healthy boundaries in your personal life and in relationships, grow in self-worth, and create stability in your life. I also love working with couples who could benefit from learning new communication and relational techniques. Every couple has difficulty along the way - I would love to walk alongside you and help guide you through relational healing.

I ask that all my clients come to therapy as authentic themselves as possible, and I will do the same. I am a fatally flawed human who continues to work on my own stuff, while providing the place and space for you to grow. I encourage you to show up for yourself and as yourself. Nothing is off limits or too much to talk about! You are accepted here. I enjoy working with adult women and those in helping professions (educators, nurses, etc.) working through depression, anxiety, navigating adulthood, illness/cancer, relationship issues, adjustment stress and balancing roles. I believe therapy should be helpful and enjoyable.
