Right now all of my Insurance slots are full, so I am only taking on self pay clients. .......The soul can find it's self as long as it knows some one will hold it gently and carry it's song until it is ready to sing again. USING a variety of approaches for creative expression ( Body Focused awareness, Art materials, Writing, Sand Tray, Play therapy, dream work...) and drawing on extensive experience and training in Internal Family Systems, Adult & Child Attachment, and Trauma Recovery Work, clients can work with trauma and find ways to shift debilitating internal patterns and tensions .
