Throughout my service in various clinical settings, I have been struck by the importance of creating a safe space for those seeking mental health care and working towards personal growth. While I treat a wide range of mental health concerns, I specialize in working with those who: are navigating life transitions, including relationship and dating challenges, grief and loss, medical difficulties, or relocation; are striving to find effective ways of managing difficult emotions and communicating with others; have faced interpersonal traumas or identity-based invalidations; or are struggling to engage in meaningful ways with others.

My practice focuses on preconception care through parenting children to the age of 5. This includes questioning if one wants to parent, solo parenting, fertility struggles, the use of donors and gestational carriers, and support throughout pregancy and afterward. I also work with individuals wanting to focus on finding more relief from symptoms of stress, relationship challenges and struggling with current or past trauma. Often my clients have a feeling of fatigue and/or overwhelm, feel on edge, question their sense of self or parenting, and are experiencing a loss of joy or connection to others.
