I have over a decade of experience helping guide people toward healthier lives ready to work for you.

I believe in the transformative power of an affirming, collaborative therapeutic relationship. It is my privilege to be able to provide a safe, kind, and compassionate space to clients who are on their journey to self-acceptance and wellbeing. I am an anti-oppressive therapist, and take care to center clients' strengths, hopes, and boundaries every step of the way. I am deeply connected to values of justice and liberation, and am attentive to how environmental and sociopolitical factors affect our mental health and wellness. I am trauma-informed, and approach therapy with humor, tenderheartedness, and unconditional positive regard.

I believe that we are all capable of learning, healing, and growing in our relationships with self and with others, no matter where we have come from, and no matter where we may find ourselves in this moment. I currently work with individual adults on diverse issues including anxiety and depression, anger and emotion expression, relationship problems, communication skills, LGBTQIA+ and identity exploration, college/graduate school and work/life balance, career and life transitions, grief and loss, parenting challenges, divorce and co-parenting, and providing support for individuals affected by addiction in the family.
