The face of someone who looks for support-looks like mine. Sometimes it's struggling with anxiety or depression. Maybe diabetes and the toll the healthy management takes on your life. It could also look like a teen or young adult feeling stuck with so many opportunities in the world. It could look like someone who has lost their job or home and turned to Alcohol or gambling to ease the pain. Or someone who just can't shake things they may or may not label as TRAUMA in their lives. More important than any of these situations, is the question: How do we regain CONTROL over Happiness and OUR own lives?

I have experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. My main areas of interest and experience include: behavior problems, crisis support, developmental disabilities, ADHD, anger management, depression, grief, trauma, abuse, anxiety, low self- esteem, divorce, and parenting skills/education. Prior to private practice, I worked with substance abuse, homelessness,case-management, provided intensive home-community based therapy, engaged in school- based counseling, managed and provided therapy within a partial hospitalization program with in an alternative behavior school, and frequented the courts and hospitals.
