I have worked in a variety of settings: an inpatient psychiatric hospital, public schools, residential treatment, EAP and private practice. I can help you reach your potential!

Helping people lead more productive and healthy lives is the joy of my job as a therapist. I love working with people who are wanting something different than they now have, that may be issues around their relationships, their children, friends, jobs or maybe that they want something different from their lives. The first step is to ask for help. I have been a therapist for over 30 years and given many seminars, both tv and radio programs and feel that what I have learned can help people accomplish life goals with the right support.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker having experience working with children, adolescents and adults. The primary focus of my practice has been trauma recovery. I have also provided services in group settings equiping adults, children and families with empowerment and behavioral modification strategies. Although my clinical nucleus is trauma, I have also helped individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral modification, and Borderline Personality Disorder.

I am a fully licensed social worker and use clinical skills as I serve my clients. I also use Christian-based therapy with clients who have identified as desiring this service. I believe my techniques and skills will be very effective in assisting clients and families with reaching their goals. I also use the personal strengths and skills of the client to assist them with achieving goals desired. There is no shame in reaching to get help when as you realize that you are not functioning at the level you desire and believe you can function.
