Therapy offers an opportunity to bring awareness to our experiences and change our relationship to them rather than try to change the events themselves. Through this approach, we gain a sense of control in our lives and positively experience and influence its direction. If we believe that we have power within us to achieve health and happiness, then the events in our lives that cause us pain and suffering can be seen as an opportunity to learn about ourselves and experience personal growth.

Hello! My name is Shannon Campbell, owner and practitioner of Guide to Grow Therapy LLC located in Hamilton, New Jersey. My approach to counseling is integrative; tailored to meet the needs and goals of each individual or family. Together, we can identify patterns of thinking and behavior that you would like to change. I have over 15 years of experience working in both school and private counseling settings. My time in the school system has provided me with extensive knowledge to help parents navigate the I&RS, 504, and Child Study Team processes, as well as, assist in situations of suspected bullying.

I see life as a journey and counseling as an opportunity for an individual or couple to reach a greater level of health and joy. It is my hope to share in that journey. Hi there! Welcome to my practice, SEED Services: Partners for Counseling & Wellness. We use evidence based approaches, including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method for couples counseling to name a few. Currently, most of my own work supports individuals who struggle with high levels of self-criticism, shame, and the patterns of avoidance or over-striving that are often associated with anxiety, depression, problem perfectionism, and trauma. We also specialize in couples counseling and working with relational grief, or losses due to life transitions and "post"-COVID living.

MindWell Behavioral Health offers a range of mental health services and supports necessary to assist customers in achieving mental health rehabilitation and recovery goals including: achieving and maintaining valued life roles in the social, employment, physical health, educational, and/or housing domains and restoring or maintaining a customer’s level of functioning to that which allows the guest to achieve community integration and to remain in an independent living setting of the customer’s choice. MindWell will be an outpatient facility to serve adults, adolescents, anchildren 7 years and older with behavioral health disorders.
