Healing Pathways Counseling & Supervision Center, LLC was created in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and in recognition of a growing need for accessible mental health care for adults that is culturally inclusive as well as trauma informed. We know that pursuing mental health care can be daunting. Between navigating your insurance coverage and finding a clinician whose expertise aligns with your needs, it can feel like a full time job. Our goal is to remove as many barriers to care as possible, so you can focus on what is important: Healing and Relief.

Life, work, relationships and family issues can create challenges that sometimes feel overwhelming. I can help! My approach is to offer empathy, insight and new strategies, in a warm, supportive setting. The clinical practices I use are grounded in Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to help you cultivate strengths, improve functioning, enhance satisfaction in your relationships and increase your overall sense of happiness and well being. I teach strategies that make things more manageable and help you feel like you're in charge of your life again!

I am a psychologist providing therapy and assessment services for children through adults. I have extensive clinical experience and am an expert Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I’ve been trained by top therapy institutes, am a board member for well accomplished CBT organizations, and run the official podcast for the national CBT organization. I strive to regularly advance my knowledge and provide leading scientific treatments. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, panic, OCD, trauma, stress, insomnia, ADHD, defiance, and work/school issues. Many of my clients lead busy lives; therefore, I offer evening appointments.

We specialize in helping people improve their intimate relationships. What makes us different is: our therapists are experts in working with couples and individuals on relationship issues. In session, we act as a neutral third party helping you and your partner to navigate your way through tricky situations. Ultimately, this arrangement transforms your marriage into be a place where you can talk about anything with your partner. Psychotherapy is a practice of deep listening and a process that provides the opportunity for growth and self-discovery. Therapy can help you feel connected, grounded and deeply understood; it facilitates the opportunity to work through current and older challenges, which are impacting you (and possibly your loved ones) in the present. My style is holistic, eclectic and relational. I provide a safe environment, listen deeply and engage genuinely with the individuals, couples and families I meet. I believe that we each possess the innate ability to transform our lives so we can flourish, create, connect, accept and thrive.

I strive to cultivate a safe space that encourages self expression and enables my clients to address the issues they are currently facing. I have been told that I provide a non judge mental space which helps support clients on their journey towards becoming the self they want to be. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certifications in supervising LSW’S. My clinical expertise is in general mental health, trauma and addiction. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings as Executive Director and direct care.

I specialize in working with children and young adults struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, behavioral disorders, ADHD, Mood Disorders, Trichotillomania, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Depression. I have extensive clinical experience with a variety of ages from preschool through adulthood. I bring a unique perspective to my practice as I am a Licensed Psychologist (#4865), a Certified School Psychologist, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I use a hands-on practical approach to helping children and their families which includes collaboration with all professionals.
