Rising Strong Weekend Retreat
Registration is CLOSED. The Rising Strong(tm) Women's Retreat based on the Rising Strong process, the goal of is to rise from our falls, overcome our mistakes, and face hurt in a way that brings more wisdom and wholeheartedness. This will be an empowering weekend of discussion, learning, and growing where we'll explore topics such as authenticity, courage, vulnerability, boundaries, integrity, generosity, shame, forgiveness- based on the work of Brené Brown. Bringing Baby Home- Workshop for Expecting Parents
Bringing Baby Home is a 12-hour educational workshop which was designed and created by relationship experts, Drs. John and Julie Gottman. Their research demonstrates that when couples become parents, there is a significant decrease in their relationship satisfaction. The goal of this program is to improve the quality of life for babies and children by strengthening the parental relationship. Workshop Dates: April 22-23, 2023 & June 3-4, 2023 The schedule for each workshop on Saturday and Sunday is as follows: 9:30am-12:30pm and 2-5:00pm (with a break for lunch from 12:30-2:00pm).
