I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, behavioral issues, life transitions, and self-esteem struggles. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. Others are seeking support for school-related concerns, family conflict, past traumatic experiences, or difficulties managing emotions and stress.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. Together, we build on strengths, develop healthy coping skills, improve communication, and address barriers to growth. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and help create meaningful, lasting change.
