Our group practice is led with a team approach, we specialize in anxiety, depression, chronic stress, eating disorders, couples & marriage counseling, teens, children, ADHD, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, and Trauma. We offer mindfulness and somatic trauma informed therapy. We practice using ACT, IFS, CBT, DBT, EMDR and Brainspotting.
