My name is Tonya DeMulder and I am the owner of Sunshine Counseling Services.
Some of the most basic human needs are to be heard and feel connected. I’ve been working for 15+ years with individuals and families who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and many other challenges. My passion is to help others feel heard and connected as they navigate their own unique path to healing. In an effort to reduce barriers to treatment and increase access to care, I made the decision to start a Group Therapy Practice...Sunshine Counseling Services LCSW, PLLC.
Myself and the therapists that I supervise have a variety of certifications and are trained in many different Evidence Based Practices (TF-CBT, DBT, ERP, MAP and CFTSI to name a few).
I am a firm believer in meeting people where they are at in their journey and value the importance of developing a strong therapeutic connection and individualized treatment plan. We provide a non-judgemental space for you to feel safe and supported throughout your treatment and place a strong emphasis on developing healthy self-care practices.
