Sometimes life just gets you down! It can be from stress in a relationship or from raising children, unequal work-life balance or the result of a traumatic event. The important thing to know is that you don't have to go through it alone. At SCC we work with teenage girls on relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. We work with anyone who has experienced any type of trauma. We also help anyone who is feeling stuck in their life.

Our practice provides effective and realistic solutions through a variety of techniques that combine the body and the brain to provide a holistic approach to healing. Sherrie supervises and oversees all of the therapists that are onsite. Feel free to check out our website.
