I view the counseling relationship as a partnership between the counselor and client. Improving communication, coping skills, strengthening self-esteem, and promoting behavioral change will help you feel better about yourself, your relationships, and your life. I offer virtual and evening appointments to accommodate your busy schedule. I provide a holistic, nonjudgemental, and inclusive environment to aid in your therapeutic experience.
I am trained in a variety of therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, Gestalt, Adlerian, Existentialism, Psychotherapy, and Superhero Therapy among other counseling methodologies. I take a patient, action-oriented, and creative therapeutic approach to helping you find the right solution to your unique problems.
