Beginning March 11. The Sexual Betrayal & Infidelity Trauma Recovery Group is a 10-week, therapist-led telehealth group for Idaho adult women impacted by infidelity or sexual betrayal. This group provides trauma-informed education, emotional stabilization, and support for individuals at any stage of recovery. Sessions focus on understanding betrayal trauma, regulating the nervous system, rebuilding boundaries and self-trust, and making sense of the emotional impact of sexual betrayal. Graphic disclosure is not required or encouraged. This group is structured, confidential, and designed to promote safety, clarity, and healing in a supportive setting.
