Many of the people I work with have spent years functioning at a high level — managing careers, caregiving, and responsibilities — while quietly carrying the effects of chronic stress or unresolved trauma. Over time, these patterns can lead to fatigue, emotional overwhelm, disconnection from one’s own needs, or a sense of simply surviving rather than fully living. In my practice, I offer a nervous system-informed, somatic approach that gently helps you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom and capacity for healing. I offer a nervous system-informed, somatic approach that gently helps you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
Utilizing my advanced training in Somatic Experiencing, my certification as a NARM Informed Professional and Parts Work to shift deep survival patterns to greater ease, emotional balance, satisfying relationships, and a renewed sense of vitality. Together, recovery from burnout, trauma, or movement toward a deeper, more embodied way of living is possible.
Together, we’ll explore patterns that may no longer serve you, working at a pace that honors your nervous system’s readiness. My intention is to provide a grounded, compassionate space where healing can unfold — supporting you in finding more balance, emotional resilience, satisfying relationships, and a greater sense of vitality in your daily life.

Often, our pain is born out of our early environment. Research shows that the strength of the therapeutic relationship is central to healing these early wounds. I work with a psychodynamic approach, focusing on relational patterns, attachment, and the impact of trauma paired with somatic support. I am NARM Informed, SE and Parts trained.

Personal growth require the cooperation of our nervous system. Our bodies hold the imprint of our experience. Neuroplasticity allows us to move from surviving to thriving. We will use somatic experiencing as a tool to slow down and examine your felt sense towards finding greater freedom and capacity to live your life in new ways.
