I specialize in supporting women through life’s deeply personal transitions. My work focuses on fertility challenges, perinatal and postpartum adjustment, grief and loss, and the emotional toll these experiences can bring. I also help women manage anxiety, depression, and OCD—especially when these symptoms are tied to the demands and expectations of womanhood and caregiving.
My approach is grounded, relational, and evidence-based. I integrate mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and self-compassion practices to help you develop tools for resilience while also exploring the deeper meaning of your experiences. I believe therapy should feel both safe and productive—offering comfort and growth in equal measure.
For couples, I offer discernment counseling. A structured process that helps each partner gain clarity and confidence.
