I specialize in complex trauma, and love to work with folks within the LGBTQIA2S+ community, folks struggling to navigate overwhelming emotions, folks struggling with boundary setting, and folks looking to explore and truly find love and compassion for themselves.
I am trained in DBT, Somatic & Attachment Focused EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and am currently pursuing certification in Sex Therapy. I want to help gently guide you back into a relationship between your brain, body, & environment, so that you can confidently move through your world with the felt sense of safety and control that you deserve.
