I am trained in DBT, Somatic & Attachment Focused EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and am currently completing a certificate in Sex Therapy. I want to help gently guide you back into a relationship between your brain, body, & environment, so that you can confidently move through your world with the felt sense of safety and control that you deserve.
