때로는 삶에서 일어나는 여러가지 상황들로 인해 나의 마음이 힘들고 복잡해지기도 합니다. 일반적으로는 그러한 마음상태를 스스로 해결해 나갈 수 있다고 생각하며 다독이며 살아가지만 정작 우리는 우리가 대면한 상황들 및 문제에 심리적 안정을 느끼며 살아가는 것이 어려운 현실로 부딪힙니다. 상담은 혼자 해결해야 하는 숙제가 아닌, 그 길을 함께 동행하는 길이라 생각합니다. 그 길은 때로는 쉬어 가는 길이 되어 주기도 하고, 함께 의지하며 걷는 길이 되어 주기도 합니다. 내가 보지 못하는 곳에서 전문가의 시각으로 새로운 길을 함께 찾아가는 과정이 현재 우리가 상담을 받아야 하는 이유라고 생각합니다.
