You’re navigating the intense highs and lows of pregnancy, infertility, or new parenthood, and you need more than "it'll get better." I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in cycles of perfectionism, guilt, or anxiety, often while navigating complex cultural or identity shifts. Whether you are navigating the perinatal period or you’re a high-achiever who has checked every box and done everything 'right' but still feels stuck, I’m your person. I am a deep feeler with a scientific brain, and as a clinical psychologist and author, I’m willing to name the things others might avoid to help you find a way forward.

Using IFS, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy, I illuminate the "why" behind your patterns and the "how" of changing them. We practice that "how" together so shifts last beyond our hour. We take an experimental approach where something "not working" is simply valuable feedback. To me, a stuck point isn't the end; it's a chance to get curious and try anew.

My doctorate was just the beginning of my training. I’m smart, quirky, and persistent, bringing rigor and humanness to our work.
