I provide counseling for individuals, and couples of all kinds dealing with challenges that leave them feeling stuck. It is my privilege to work alongside you to provide you the space to experience, examine and process what is going on in your life right now.

Through our work together, I am committed to helping you find a space to heal, reconnect and build respectful, loving relationships with others and yourself through seeing the value in identifying, and accessing emotions and the value in your story beyond the challenges.
