I’m a board-licensed therapist based in Austin, Texas, and I specialize in helping individuals find ease and healing through my holistic, psychoanalytic, and relational approach. That means I view you as a whole person and not a diagnosis.
I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. With extensive clinical experience in individual therapy, group therapy, and psycho-education, I take special care in tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs.
In sessions with me, you can show up exactly as you are without any need for pretense; I know it is not easy to be in the client seat so I want to value the courage and time it takes to be there.
