I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and support in exploring identity and relationship dynamics. I have a deep understanding of symptoms of stress and trauma that accumulate in our bodies. My practice is rooted in mindfulness, compassion, integrating psychodynamic and somatic therapeutic models.
The human psyche and interpersonal relationships are profoundly complex for any one person to try to navigate alone. But Resilience has brought you this far, and within you, you have an inbuilt propensity toward self-realization. My hope is to support you through this process in developing a life full of meaning.
