I work with people navigating trauma, grief, dissociation, profound loss, attachment wounds, and the long aftermath of survival. My approach is deeply relational, collaborative, and honest. I work best with people who are ready for depth, especially those who have spent years adapting to everyone around them, over functioning, or feeling fundamentally misunderstood.
One thing I say often is ‘the nervous system will always prefer a familiar hell’. Healing asks us to interrupt patterns that once kept us safe, even when those patterns are now keeping us stuck. Because of that, I see therapy as deeply collaborative work.
Over time, I have become less interested in helping people appear functional, and far more interested in helping them feel genuinely alive.
This work is not about becoming more palatable, more productive, or easier for others to understand. It is about creating enough safety and attunement to become more fully yourself.
