PRIDE Process Groups

We offer three current PRIDE groups! One is for Adults ages 18+ and is held biweekly on Wednesdays at 5:30pm! The second is our Teen PRIDE Process Group for ages 13-17 that is held bi-weekly at 6:30pm on Wednesdays. The third group is Parenting with PRIDE, a group for parents who have children that identify within the LGBT+ community, with a goal of increasing understanding and support. M.O.M. Process Group

Mothers Overcoming Mountains (M.O.M.) Groups is designed to help mothers experiencing challenges with adjustment, anxiety and/or depression in their child's first year of life in a supportive, confidential and judgement free space.
