Hi I'm Drew! Thanks for visiting my profile. From the earliest moments of our lives, we are searching for and are in need of relationships and connection – it is in our early life where we begin to understand who we are, who others are, and what kind of world we live in. It is through this quest for connections outside of us that shades of Meaning, Purpose, and Creativity emerge within us. The quality of these aspects of life produces in us both wounds and liberties. Fortunately, therapy can be a place for us to gently and intentionally tease these qualities out toward a life and sense of self in line with your goals.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating identity exploration, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, relationship concerns, or feeling stuck and overwhelmed. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ and gender-expansive individuals, those questioning aspects of their identity, and the partners, parents, and loved ones of queer and trans people. My approach is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. Together, we explore the experiences, relationships, and values that shape your life while building insight, resilience, and practical tools for meaningful change.

I'm Nik, nice to meet you! We'll work well together if you are an adolescent, young adult, or older adult who is LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse, and/or experiencing depression/anxiety with a history of trauma. I view therapy as a process of guided and assisted change - like a road trip. You're behind the wheel while I ride along with you: helping to pick a destination, talking, or giving directions. Through this approach, I find the therapeutic journey is just as meaningful as the destination. We'll work to boost your confidence, strengthen your relationships, build skills, and explore the ways your history and experiences impact you.

Hello, I'm Anthony! Meaning and certainty are hard to practice when you're struggling to get through the week. My experience as a therapist involved helping people experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, psychosis, and interpersonal difficulties; if any of those apply to you, I would like to help you or someone you care about find some relief. My process is collaborative and open, meaning you set the pace as we learn how to reshape thoughts, learn new skills, and celebrate your best. I love learning about my clients and figuring out how we can use our therapy time to help you get to where you want to be in life.

Hi! My name is Andrew. Do you feel like you struggle to handle difficult emotions, to manage your daily living, or have exceedingly high standards for yourself that negatively impact your life? I have a wealth of experience helping clients be able to process their negative experiences at the root and surface level, create better executive functioning, work through perfectionism, and build meaningful relationships. I believe that therapy can offer tools to help us treat ourselves more fairly and be able to better manage the demands of our lives.

Hi! My name is Destinee! I’m a therapist who comes from an art background. In my experience, therapy is much like how an artist approaches their work. Therapy is a process; it requires observation and reflection, and making small adjustments to create something that we are proud of, in this case it ourselves. I enjoy working with other creatives such as other artists, writers, actors, etc. I have worked with a variety of identities including different cultural and racial backgrounds, religious and non-religious backgrounds, and clients across the spectrum of sexual orientation and gender expression.
