I specialize in relational wealth, beginning with the relationship you have with yourself. Through self parenting, emotional intelligence, and intentional growth, I help people become more present, focused, emotionally grounded, and aligned with what truly matters to them. The same patterns shaping your inner world also shape your relationships, leadership, business, money, and ability to thrive. This is your path to deeper fulfillment, stronger connection, and genuinely loving your life.
My approach is deep, integrative, and growth focused for those ready to become radically honest about what they want and what is holding them back. I combine clinical training with grounded compassion to help people build emotional intelligence, stronger relationships, and meaningful lasting change.
Together, we work toward emotional resilience, stronger relationships, deeper self trust, and a life that feels aligned, connected, and fully lived. If I believe another provider would better support your needs, I will always help guide you in that direction with care and honesty.

Groups
Moms & Matcha
Raising a teenage daughter is one of the most emotionally demanding chapters of motherhood and one of the loneliest. Moms & Matcha is a ritual-based membership community for mothers of teen daughters, built for more intention and less isolation through the high school years. Grounded in adolescent development and attachment research, sessions blend guided reflection, peer connection, and practical tools for staying close to your daughter through a stage defined by distance. Led by a licensed therapist, the group meets weekly in a small, consistent circle for real conversation not performative support. Founding Circle enrollment: 25 members.
