Life is a series of unavoidable challenges and triumphs, sorrow and joys. I have many years of experience as a therapist, but more importantly, I have lived the archetype of "the wounded healer". I am familiar with the pain of disconnection and desire for healing, as well as the courage it takes to turn weakness into strength.
