A graduate of Columbia University's Psychological Counseling program, I have successfully treated people with Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Traumas, OCD, Phobias, Grief and Loss, and Divorce Recovery. I have a special heart for working with marital issues, relational struggles, enhancing communication skills, and strengthening self-esteem.
My approach is interactive and collaborative. I am both bilingual and bicultural fluent in English and Korean. I am also a trauma focused EMDR therapist. I am a Christian counselor, but non-Christians are most definitely welcome. Counseling via Skype or Zoom is also available.
