In our work together, I help you gently understand these patterns, tend to emotional wounds, and move forward with greater clarity, connection, and authenticity in your life and relationships.
I offer trauma‑informed, experiential therapy grounded in Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and relational approaches. My work focuses on healing relational wounds, shifting stuck cycles, and reconnecting with your inner resources. I also provide preparation and integration support for psychedelic‑assisted healing in legal, medical, or ceremonial contexts.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. You don’t need the right words or a plan to start.
