My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and holistic. I often draw from evidence-based practices including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
