I help people stuck in their rumination spirals, compulsions gone awry, and anxiety controlling their every move. We will build that confidence in your judgement fast. My approach is evidenced - based with structure, but you’ll always be the expert in your experience.
I have a wide range of experience from working in a psych ward, group practice, and substance abuse facility. I offer tele-health sessions to support those struggling with OCD, anxiety/worry, depression, relationship struggles, and body image/disordered eating. I’m a visual learner and will consistently draw/write things out during session on my board.
