In our work together, we slow down, untangle the confusion, and help you find clarity about who you are and what you need.
My specialties include working with people who are healing from challenging relationships, including domestic violence and childhood abuse. I am trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems, and advanced training in PTSD and C-PTSD. My goal is to help you move forward to heal from past trauma and to build a life that is beautiful and meaningful to you.
