With over 20 years of experience, I can support and guide you. I have had the privilege of supporting veterans, individuals, couples, and families as they work through life's challenges and move toward healing and growth. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can gain insight, develop healthy patterns, strengthen relationships, and transform suffering into meaning.
In addition, I welcome those who are experiencing an awakening process, a time of discovery, shifting perspectives, spiritual exploration, or questioning beliefs and life patterns. These experiences can sometimes feel confusing, isolating, or overwhelming, particularly when they affect relationships, identity, purpose, or one's understanding of the world.
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by life experiences and by seeing people I care about struggle with mental health concerns and addiction. Those experiences taught me the importance of compassion, connection, and having someone to turn to during difficulty.
