I am a Clinical Hypnotist & Reiki Master/Teacher. These modalities are a little bit different than traditional talk therapy. Prior to each session, I encourage an open dialogue. We will pinpoint your exact goals & needs and make a plan. I will also address any questions or concerns you may have before our actual session. My clients typically notice a desirable shift even after just one session. I offer sessions dedicated to either modality + combination sessions (sliding scale fee: $60-90/session regardless of modality).
More on hypnosis: I will verbally guide you into the hypnotic state then continue with a prepared script. You won't be required to talk while in the trance state. I specialize in treating trauma & the associated symptoms (anxiety, PTSD, habit/substance issues, low confidence, insomnia, etc). But in a nutshell, hypnosis can be effective for nearly any issue!
More on Reiki: The word translates as "Universal Life Force Energy". Reiki is a form of energy work that involves light touch to allow energy to flow freely. A Reiki treatment is always very relaxing & non invasive. It can help restore balance & foster healing on all levels- physically, emotionally, psychologically, & even spiritually.
