If so, we may be a good fit. I am a licensed professional counselor, with extensive experience helping pregnant and postpartum women, older adults, and people of all ages who are "newer" to navigating recovery.
While my approach is very eclectic, I gravitate towards solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy, with a person-centered Rogerian approach. While I prefer focusing on solutions, rather than "living in the problem," I am dedicated to walking along side you as you find your way-you decide the path that takes you there.
Women who are navigating post-partum depression; Older adults going through retirement, and other adjustment changes, and those who are in recovery from addictions. Adults only.
